PINEAPPLE FREEZE
 
Cupcake size frozen yogurt and fruit desserts.
  • 12 disposable 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inch paper baking cups.
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed.
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt.
  • 1 cup fresh cubed pineapple, including juice, or 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in natural juice.

Line muffin cups with the paper cups.
 
Mix bananas, yogurt, Wonderfoods Stevia Powder, Rhubarb sauce, and pineapple in a medium bowl. Spoon into paper cups. Freeze for 1 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove paper cups and place desserts on plates. Garnish as desired.
